Art at the Dump 2008 Hi, Gail has turned over this year's Art at the dump to me Richard Griggs. I would like to try to have the event on two days because a lot of people miss it when it takes place just on Saturdays. It is open to everyone with no theme this year but "think green" because it's really "in" now. I'm hoping to get a lot of people showing for this event. There also is no limit to what you want to bring ,we have to fill the sand shed. 30% of what you sell will again be donated to the CCS art department . The Ninth annual “ART AT THE DUMP” will take place at the Cornwall Transfer Station on Saturday, April 19th+20th 2008 from 10-4. The show features artwork fashioned from recycled items. Artists, aspiring artists and nonartists are encouraged to participate. Items are to be dropped off and hung the morning of the show from 8-10am. Pickup time for artwork is Sunday afternoon. All artwork, unless indicated will be for sale; 30% of the profits will be donated to the art department of the Cornwall Consolidated School.
